Marketing Tech Person
The person who fills this position will work in our Orange County office and:
- Work directly with our CEO to implement new projects and support the staff on miscellaneous tech related issues.
- Join the CEO on live web broadcasts on camera to work with our customers.
- Help optimize our revenue by testing new income strategies on our many web sites.
- Help the CEO set up new products and sales pages.
- Manage the technology running our advertising network.
This is an ever changing and varied position where you'll constantly be doing new things. You'll become the “right hand” of the CEO helping him get new pilot projects done and new products launched.
It will also be balanced with regular daily & weekly tasks where you help our customers and staff with marketing & technical issues they run into.
Requirements:
- You must have knowledge of WordPress & HTML basics.
- You must be comfortable with the idea of being on web cam & communicating with customers.
- You must be willing to take charge & get things done without waiting to be micro managed.
- You must have a basic understanding of Internet marketing.
Not required, but qualifications that would improve your chances of being hired:
- Knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, Javascript or CSS
- Design experience
- Marketing knowledge related to: PPC marketing, Google AdSense, Ad exchanges, email marketing, copywriting, social media, Facebook advertising or any other marketing experience.

Marketing & Editorial Manager
As our marketing manager you'll be responsible for managing 3-4 websites & producing revenue with these sites. The person who fills this position will work in our Orange County office.
Our sites are news & entertainment sites in a variety of niche markets. We monetize these sites with advertising revenue. It will be your responsibility to manage the day to day activities on of these sites.
This is mostly a project manager / “get things done” kind of position. So you should be prepared to take responsibility for driving up statistics for the sites you manage. We'll give you the tools, staff & know how to make this happen & it'll be on your shoulders to ensure it does.
This is a great position for motivated self starters who don't need constant instruction and are happy to operate without being micro-managed.
Ideally you're comfortable with using WordPress, some basic HTML and you have a background in marketing, blogging & social media.
Your duties will include:
- Coordinating with our paid traffic specialists to increase traffic: We utilize Facebook and other paid advertising platforms to generate traffic. You'll coordinate with our specialists and work as a team to push visitors to the sites.
- Coordinating with & managing writers and editors: We post a lot of content & that content has to be very good. This is the driving force behind the whole business. You'll manage the editorial calendar, work with the writers & editors and help guide them to put out great stuff our audience loves.
- Blogging & social media strategies: You'll implement our strategies for getting other sites to link to us & feature our content. You'll also work to engage our audience in social media to keep them interested in what we're doing.
- Optimizing Revenue: You'll be helping our team optimize the revenue earned by the sites you manage. You'll do this by testing different ad placements & new ways of earning revenue with our sites.
This position offers a base plus a generous bonus based on performance.

Writers (work from home)
We're looking for writers who can produce engaging, interesting & funny content for our readers. This is not boring, dry writing for SEO rankings or essay style writing. This is fun and engaging content that our readers would want to pass on to a friend or share on Facebook. Think top 10 lists, content they can use & put into action immediately, useful commentary or helpful reviews.
You'll be able to write content in 2 different styles:
1 – 100% original content that you write from 500 – 800 words in length.
2 – Content where you get an idea from another source online (like a youtube video or blog post). You'll use the source content in your story with full attribution and a link back to the original source. Then add more information, commentary, opinions, reviews or feedback in addition to the original source.
You can write content for a wide variety of our websites on topics like: moms & parenting, do it yourself, politics, food & recipes, survival & prepping, sports and more.
You set your hours and work from home. You'll be paid by the piece for every published story. You must be prepared to write at least 4 pieces per day minimum. You must be prepared to start Immediately. (Like submitting your first article tomorrow).

Are you a writer who's interested in conservative topics like personal freedom, small government, liberty, the growing police state, gun rights and other similar issues?
Then you might qualify to write for us. You must write engaging content that our users will find valuable & worthy of sharing with their friends. Think of it as viral news content.
You'll write two types of news articles:
